Privacy.

Project 07 is a design template library produced by Maison Sacko, a luxury design atelier registered in England and Wales. The site operates at project07templates.store and the parent studio at maisonsacko.com. For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Maison Sacko as the data controller.

This policy applies only to the Project 07 site and its associated newsletter. It does not cover any third-party sites we link to — including payment processors, distribution platforms, or Maison Sacko client work hosted elsewhere.

Email address. If you subscribe to the Project 07 newsletter, we collect your email address. This is the only personal data we collect. We do not ask for your name, company, location, or any other identifying information at the point of subscription.

Cookies. This site does not use tracking cookies. A session cookie may be set by the browser to support basic site functionality — this contains no personal data and is not retained after your session ends. No advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioural tracking of any kind are placed on this site.

Analytics. Project 07 does not load any third-party analytics by default. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or equivalent tools. Hosting infrastructure may log standard access data — IP address, page path, timestamp — for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used for marketing and are retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Your email address is used for one thing: sending you the Project 07 newsletter. This covers new template releases, library updates, and occasional notes from the studio. We send infrequently — quality over volume.

Your email address is never sold to third parties. It is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or partner organisations. It is never used for profiling, segmentation beyond basic list management, or any automated decision-making. The newsletter list is held by us and our email delivery provider only, under a data processing agreement.

We will only contact you in connection with your subscription. We will not use your address to market unrelated products or pass it to Maison Sacko's bespoke client services without your explicit consent.

Unsubscribe. Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from the list permanently. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us directly and we will action your request within 48 hours.

Access and deletion. You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, and to request its permanent deletion. To exercise either right, write to hello@maisonsacko.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests will be confirmed once complete.

Complaints. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would always prefer to resolve any concern directly first.
